Soy curl fajitas! Pretty good! I'm still working on the seasoning, but tossing the rehydrated and drained curls with oil and cornstarch (plus ancho, cumin, etc) helped them brown.
Chickpeas and greens in a tangy coconut curry riffing on chana usal and some buttery tortillas because we didn't have chapati
